It uses 360-degree visualization to map terrain, avoid obstacles and can balance on uneven surfaces. The robodog core platform provides advanced navigation and perception to navigate stairs, gravel and rough terrain while gathering 2D and 3D information using onboard sensors. BATH, Maine 鈥?Sagadahoc County District Attorney Geoffrey Rushlau said Tuesday that no charges will be filed against the Bath man who was driving a car that struck and killed a pedestrian on Washington Street in February.Edward Buzzell, 57, was driving a 2008 Chevrolet Trailblazer about 6:05 a.m. Feb. 17 when he struck Paula Caruso, 70, of Wiscasset, who was crossing Washington Street in a crosswalk outside Bath Iron Works, Bath police said at the time.Caruso was crossing the street on her way to work at the shipyard, police said. She died at the scene.Led by Detective Sgt. Andrew Booth, Bath police conducted  a prompt, thorough and comprehensive investigation  into the cause of the collision, Rushlau said. The district attorneys office reviewed police reports and witness statements be polene bag fore determining that no charges will be filed against Buzzell. Visibility that morning was poor,  Rushlau said in a statement.  A combination of factors, including headlight glare which was reflected off the wet road surface, made it difficult for drivers to se owala e Ms. Caruso as she crossed Washington Street.
