BATH, Maine 鈥?Sagadahoc County District Attorney Geoffrey Rushlau said Tuesday that no charges will be filed against the Bath man who was driving a car that struck and killed a pedestrian on Washington Street in February.Edward Buzzell, 57, was driving a 2008 Chevrolet Trailblazer about 6:05 a.m. Feb. 17 when he struck Paula Caruso, 70, of Wiscasset, who was crossing Washington Street in a crosswalk outside Bath Iron Works, Bath police said at the time.Caruso was crossing the street on her way to work at the shipyard, police said. She died at the scene.Led by Detective Sgt. Andrew Booth, Bath police conducteda prompt, thorough and comprehensive investigationinto the cause of the collision, Rushlau said.
